PROJECT DESCRIPTION This project is to replace existing sewer and vent piping that has failed/deteriorated along with heat exchangers, steam piping, condensate pipe, associated valves and traps, and tank systems. The solicitation will be advertised as a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Offers received from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered. The period of performance is approximately 280 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
