Reference: Project CON-653-23-100 Remove and Replace Underground Fuel Tank The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20, in support of Roseburg VA Healthcare System, Roseburg, OR is currently requesting information to determine the existence of viable sources capable of providing construction services. Period of Performance: The intended contract period of performance is 365 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Description of Work: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment for the site preparation, foundation, exterior lighting, utility locating and trenches, security camera(s) landscaping, permits, zoning processes needed to complete this project. All work will meet SOW, drawings, and specification requirements as well as any applicable manufacturer s recommended installation procedures. The project is located at the fuel farm and additional locations on the Roseburg VAMC campus. This project includes demolition and construction of a new fuel farm. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment for the demolition and construction services needed to complete this project. All work shall meet SOW, drawings and specification requirements as well as any applicable manufacturer s recommended installation procedures.
