This proposed development will correct previously Identified Punch List corrections plans and specifications prepared by the A/E of record. Per VAAR 836.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the estimated magnitude for this project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) with the size standard of $45 Million. CFM is considering conducting this acquisition as a Sealed Bid and award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding. This project will result in one firm fixed price contract. The approximate project duration will be 365 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. This Pre-Solicitation notice is NOT a request for bids, offers or submittals of any kind.
