Veterans Health Administration, Regional Procurement Office West, Network Contracting Office 20, is conducting market research for a construction contract to 653-25-104 Install Outdoor Pavilions. Work is located at VA Roseburg Healthcare System, 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd. Roseburg, OR 97471. For the principal components of work see the attached draft statement of work, specifications, and drawings. Documents are currently in draft state and industry comment / suggestions are greatly encouraged and welcomed. The estimated magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
