This extension of offer request is limited to the three firms selected in Phase I, Request for Qualification phase. Offers are requested for a minimum of 90 calendar days for Government acceptance. Amendment A0007 includes a current wage determination issued on October 3, 2025. Notices will be released if and when the Government shutdown ends and funding becomes available for contract award.
