Competition for this procurement is restricted to verified SBA Cert SERVICE- DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) Contractors. The SDVOSB must be a small business under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 All Other Specialty Contractors, with a Size Standard of $45 million IAW VAAR 852.219-10 the VetCert (formerly VIP listed) SDVOSB. Prospective Contractor is required to perform a minimum of 15% of the construction work. SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, test equipment, shop drawings, technical manuals, transportation, calculations, and safety, necessary to Replace Floors accordance with VA specifications at http://www.cfm.va.gov/til/specs.asp. Work shall meet all VA design guidelines and requirements. PROJECT COMPLETION: Contractor to start immediately after receiving the Notice to Proceed and complete the required work in 60 calendar days. Prospective contractors must be registered and certified online with SBA https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ and must be registered at https://www.sam.gov in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 to be eligible for award. A site visit will be held for this project and all prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Details of the site visit will be included in the RFQ document. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on/about January 12th, 2026.
