The SDVOSB must be a small business under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 All Other Specialty Contractors, with a Size Standard of $45 million IAW VAAR 852.219-10 the VetCert (formerly VIP listed) SDVOSB. Prospective Contractor is required to perform a minimum of 15% of the construction work. SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, test equipment, shop drawings, technical manuals, transportation, calculations, and safety, necessary to Replace Floors accordance with VA specifications at http://www.cfm.va.gov/til/specs.asp. Work shall meet all VA design guidelines and requirements. PROJECT COMPLETION: Contractor to start immediately after receiving the Notice to Proceed and complete the required work in 60 calendar days. Prospective contractors must be registered and certified online with SBA https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ and must be registered at https://www.sam.gov in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 to be eligible for award.
