THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, 1901 Veterans Memorial Dr, Temple, TX 76504 and 4800 Memorial Dr, Waco, TX 76711 intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a single, firm fixed price contract for Construction Services.
