The work consists, in general, of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidentals required to install the two self-support towers with concrete foundations (one at Boulder Beach Ranger Station and one at the Willow Beach Saddle Communications Site) as well as the 10ft tower extension modification at the Hill Top Tower. For the Hill Top tower only: All tower steel to include tower sections, antenna mounts, wave guide ladders and safety climb devices for the Hill Top Tower will be Government Furnished Property (GFP). Additional details: 1. Boulder Beach Ranger Station location is for the installation of a 60ft tall self-support tower with concrete foundation based on NORMAL SOILS. 2. Willow Beach Saddle Communications site is for the installation of a 30ft tall self-support tower with concrete foundation based on NORMAL SOILS. 3. Hill Top Tower is for the installation of a 10ft tower section to extend the height of the existing 40ft Valmont lattice tower. In addition to the tower section two new sector frame antenna mounts, one new wave guide ladder and new safety climb system are to be installed. Site Locations: 1. Boulder Beach Ranger Station located at 115 Boulder Beach Road, Boulder City, NV. 2. Willow Beach Saddle Communications site located at N35.876253, W114.647461. 3. Hill Top Communications Site located at the parks maintenance compound at 101 Katzenbach Drive, Boulder City, NV. All sites are accessible either directly by road or are a short distance from pavement. The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237130 with a size standard of $45 million. This acquisition will be handled as an IFB prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 14 and 36. This project will be solicitated as a total small business Set-Aside. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. The project magnitude is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. The construction wage determinations for Clark County, NV and Mohave County, AZ will apply. The official solicitation and its attachments will be issued on/or about April 21, 2026, and will be posted to SAM.gov. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies of the solicitation.
