Summary

AI-generated · Aug 24, 2025

A web-based, Commercial Off the Shelf XBRL Data and Analytics subscription is being sought to provide access to a database of XBRL and other data from public SEC filings. The product must be ready-to-use with no development required and must support 40 user licenses, plus options for 25 and 50 additional licenses. Pricing must be clearly separated for the data subscription and the web platform, and cover a 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods.

Respondents should submit a cover letter with company details, a description of their subscription product showing how it meets SEC requirements (not just restating them), and a price proposal with separate lines for the base period and each option period. The SEC may request a technical demonstration as part of market research, and questions and responses will be posted on SAM.gov.
