Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a request for quote (RFQ) for a Firm-Fixed Price contract to perform the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the following equipment: LQ 500 Industrial Vacuums, Hurricane Industrial Dehumidifiers, Hurricane Air Compressors, Dust Collectors, Quiet Cube Vacuums, and Vessel Vacuums. The Contractor shall be an authorized distributor or certified repair service technician for Industrial Vacuum Equipment Corporation. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside. The tentative Performance Period is 30 September 2025 - 29 September 2030. The location of the performance is Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawai'i. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment.
