DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS Regional Procurement Office West (RPOW) REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) / INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE FOR LEASE LOCATION The VA Long Beach Healthcare System is currently seeking a leased space in the City of Santa Fe Springs, CA. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to continue occupancy in accordance with (IAW) the authority outlined in General Services Administration Acquisition Manual (GSAM) 570.402 Succeeding Leases. The VA will take in consideration the cost of moving, alterations, and other factors when determining where to relocate. The VA will require any space being offered to meet the following criteria: A lease for up to 10 years; 5 Years Firm, 180 Day Termination Rights Occupancy is required by January 1, 2027. Offered space can be on no more than one (1) floor; preferred Shall provide at the minimum of 9,000 rentable square feet (RSF); with a maximum of 10,000 RSF. On-site parking for a minimum of 40 vehicles is required, of which at least three (3) spaces must be ADA compliant. Proposed property shall not be located within the 100-year flood plain. The proposed property must be within the delineated area as follows: North: State Route 60 Pomona Freeway West: Interstate 605 San Gabriel River Freeway East: State Route 39 Beach Blvd/Hacienda Rd/S Hacienda Blvd South: State Route 91 Artesia Freeway To be included in initial considerations, interested offerors shall address ALL the following when responding to this announcement: Proposed Property address with a map showing property within the delineated area.
