SOURCES SOUGHT The Department of Veterans Affairs currently occupies Clinical and related space in a building under a lease in Jacksonville, Florida, which will be expiring. The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that could satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as the costs likely to be incurred through relocation, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease approximately 5,859 RSF clinical space in Jacksonville, Florida, for use by VA personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Twenty (20) parking spaces are required. A lease of up to 15 years/5 years firm will be considered. The space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 1, 2027. The lease space must be fully serviced to include all utilities, landscaping, trash removal, and janitorial services. Lease space within the following boundaries will be considered: NORTH: U.S. Route 1 SOUTH: Duval Street EAST: U.S Route 17 WEST: Interstate 95 A market survey of offered properties may be conducted by VA staff.
