The current facility is located within the delineated area of North: Pearson Bridge Rd South: Adams Hill Rd East: Bingham Rd South-West: Adams Hill Rd. The VA is now poised to award the unevaluated renewal option with the incumbent Lessor without full and open competition for continued occupancy for the period 03/01/2025 through 02/28/2030 at this leased location.
