There must be a minimum of 30 parking spaces, 4 spaces designated for handicapped individuals with at least 2 spots being van accessible (96 wide clearance ) and the other 2 having at least 60 clearance within one block of the building. This amendment to the RLP is to provide answers to all interested parties that have come in regarding this procurement, and to set rules and deadlines for the RLP, which is due on 8/12/2025 @ 13:00 hrs Eastern Standard Time.
