The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation – Acquisition Division intends to issue Request for Bids (RFB) in accordance with FAR Part 14 on behalf of the USDA - Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) for the Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) Steambank Stabilization – along N. Taylor Hollow Road and Olney Run Road, located in inWindsor Township, Morgan County, Ohio. The project consists of providing steambank stabilization along the N. Taylor Hollow Road and Olney Run Road, located in Windsor Township, Morgan County, Ohio. The project includes 236 cubic yards of Woven Wire Gabion Baskets and 44 tons of Rock Riprap (Type C). The solicitation will be a Total Small Business set-aside. Interested contractors must be registered in and must complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award.
