The windows are located on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors of the building. Replacement windows will be aluminum-clad wood and will relatively match the appearance of the existing wood windows being removed. These would be double hung, 2 over 2, double pane, and colonial red in color. Most window frames will also require replacement. Existing interior casing / trim to remain and repair as needed.
