Summary

AI-generated · Apr 24, 2026

A one-time window and facade cleaning service is being sought for the U.S. Consulate General in Chiang Mai. Bids will be evaluated on price, with award made to a responsible offeror offering an acceptable proposal at the lowest price; discussions may be held with bidders in the competitive range if needed, otherwise proposals may be awarded from initial quotations.

A pre-solicitation conference and on-site visit will be conducted at the consulate. Prospective bidders should arrange entry through the designated contact. Questions must be submitted in writing in English. Proposals must be in English and submitted as PDF files (Adobe Acrobat) under 25 MB to the specified bid submission email; if larger, submit in multiple emails with each file under 25 MB. To be considered, provide SF-1449, Section I Pricing, Section 5 Representations and Certifications, Section 3 Additional Information, and proof of SAM registration; failure to be SAM-registered at submission may render the proposal non-responsive.

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for window and faade cleaning services.
