The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ anticipates soliciting a firm-fixed price acquisition for the items listed below: 1.Sixteen (16) Wideband Satcom AAU Lifting Adapter, Part Number 4091AS0125-1. The Government s intent is to release a competitive small business set-aside Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government intends to award on a Lowest Price / Technically Acceptable basis. Further requirements will be posted to the PIEE website on or about 02 February 2026. Hard copies of the solicitation will NOT be mailed. The Government anticipates that the RFP will be released under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 334220. NO FORMAL SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME. THIS IS NOT AN INVITATION FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This acquisition is being pursued on a full and open competition basis in accordance with the statutory authority of Title 10 U.S.C. 2304 and the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The Government owns the Build-to-Print Technical Drawing Package and the drawings are considered Export Controlled. All Offerors must be able to provide a certified DD Form 2345. All requesting Offerors must have a current certified DD2345 to obtain the drawings. Drawings will be provided to your designated data custodian on your certified DD2345 via the DoD Safe website. All Offerors, other than the successful Offeror, are required to destroy all export control data, regardless of form or the media on which it may be recorded, including CDs, data stored on other computer storage devices and paper documents. Offerors shall provide proof of such destruction via signed letter on corporate letterhead to the PCO via email at alexis.r.kelly.civ@us.navy.mil
