Since loads are based on bulk truck delivery payment will be made based on actual amount delivered. Contract will be for 1 base year and 3 optional years. It is estimated that 110 tons of pellets will be required for each heating season. C1-d) Period of Performance Contract will be for 1 base year and 3 optional years.
