The Government s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The solicitation will be issued as; 100% SBSA (small business set-aside) commercial and simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5.
