NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, in support of SRF Japan, is negotiating on a firm fixed price SUPPLY - type contract: FOR THE PURCHASE OF 8305 WEBBING. FOR ULTIMATE SHIPPING TO JAPAN WITH A PAID SHIPPING LABEL SYSTEM The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 08/05/2025 with a closing date of on or about 08/08/2025. Requirement is being procured using FAR part 12 and 13 procedures. This submission will be posted to the SAM.GOV website for electronic submission of proposals/quotes. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to the offer due date. This requirement is for a 100% Small Business Set Aside for NOMENCLATURE. The final destination is Sasebo, Japan. ***NO PARTS WILL SHIP TO BREMERTON, WASHINGTON***. If your business entity is submitting a quote, please specify the following: -The Manufacturer -The country of origin (COO) -After Receipt of Order (ARO), also known as the estimated time or arrival -Confirm that the part will ship to Sasebo, Japan and not Bremerton, Washington. NAVSUP WSS Transportation will work with the contractor to coordinate shipping. -Provide all pertinent specifications or equal to specifications if applicable. NAVSUP WSS Transportation is at no cost to the Contractor and is mandatory according to page 3 of the solicitation. However, if additional fees such as tariffs, duties, taxes, and customs apply, please include in the line item(s) of the requirement.
