The location of the NOAA equipment at this secure and sensitive location is only accessible by AUTHORIZED VSP personnel and accompanied NOAA technicians. For this reason, VSP is the only entity that can maintain and repair the equipment with support from NOAA technicians. Period of Performance: date of award to one year with four option years. ***This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation package is available.
