The initial posting yielded only a single quotation, which the Contracting Officer determined to be unfair and unreasonable. As amended, this requirement is no longer restricted to small business concerns and is hereby issued on a full and open competitive basis. Instructions to Offerors: Offerors shall acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing and returning a completed copy of Standard Form (SF) 30, Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract. Failure to return a signed copy of the SF30 with your offer may result in the offer being considered non-responsive. The due date for receipt of offers is hereby extended to September 12, 2025, at 3:00 PM EST. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
