The Regional Procurement Support Office at the US Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: Water Treatment of HVAC and Domestic/Potable Water System U.S. Embassy London, United Kingdom The solicitation may result in the award of a firm-fixed price contract for one Base and four Option Years in calendar year 2025. The scope of work requires the successful Contractor to provide professional Preventive Maintenance services necessary to meet the requirements of the contract within the established schedules. Work includes water treatment maintenance services to the HVAC Water system and Domestic /Potable Water System located at the three different US Government owned properties. The Solicitation is planned to be issued in July 2025 and the solicitation package will be posted on www.sam.gov with solicitation number 19GE5025Q0114. The solicitation package will only be available in the English language. Solicitation and award will be subject to the federal procurement laws and regulations of the United States of America. All documents shall be submitted in the Microsoft word or the Adobe pdf format and shall be named / numbered to appear in the e-mail(s) in the correct sequence. The one exception is Attachment 1 Pricing, which shall be submitted as completed Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. The limit per e-mail is 50MB. Zipped files (.zip or .rar) are not permitted. NOTE: No proposals will be accepted after the time specified above. Delay due internet connection issues/failure, delay on electronic correspondence transmission or processing will not be an acceptable excuse for late delivery of a proposal. Submission shall be made electronically, i.e., by e-mail. A virtual Pre-Proposal conference to discuss the terms and conditions of this solicitation and resulting contract and to explain the Instructions to Offerors for proposal submission will be held on July 23, 2025 at 1100 hrs Central European Time (C.E.T.) via Webex.
