The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for Water Quality Testing Services, Upper Connecticut River Basin, VT & NH. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to execute both potable and non-potable (public beach) water collection and analyses at designated US Army Corps of Engineers owned reservoirs and projects within Upper Connecticut River Basin that meet State and Federal regulations for the state that the samples are collected in to protect public health as described below. Services include provision of appropriate sampling containers, sample collection, public water system assessments as required by Vermont and New Hampshire, as well as analysis of water samples. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This is not a request for quotes at this time.
