The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is conducting market research to determine if there are any vendors, regardless of business size, that can provide Water Quality Testing for Legionella Growth, Bacterial, Endotoxin and other Parameters supporting the VA Northern California Health Care System (See attached SOW). There is no solicitation document as this time. The NAICS is 325998 with Small Business size of 650 employees. NOTE: Please ensure that System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) indicates this NAICS code if you are interested in the requirement. Period of Performance: Base Year: 1/3/2026 1/2/2027 Option Year 1: 1/3/2027 1/2/2028 Option Year 2: 1/3/2028 1/2/2029 Option Year 3: 1/3/2029 1/2/2030 Option Year 4: 1/3/2030 1/2/2031 Questions regarding this RFQ are due by 10:00 AM PST on 12/15/2025.
