AI-generated · Jan 07, 2026

Provide capabilities for supplying 5-gallon universal reusable water bottles compatible with top- or bottom-loading office water coolers, plus delivery and bottle-exchange services for multiple sites on Marine Corps Base Quantico. This is market research only, not a solicitation or contract award.

Requirements cover bottle design and materials (5-gallon capacity; fits top- or bottom-loading dispensers; leak-proof when inverted; ergonomic grips; balanced shape; BPA-free polycarbonate or PET; 25–45 lbs when full; durable under temperature changes and in hot-water systems; pressure-resistant), water types (spring, purified, or distilled), and compliance with drinking-water standards (NSF/ANSI, FDA). Vendors must detail a documented cleaning and sanitization process, reuse/recycling program, sanitary design (tamper-evident caps, smooth interiors, anti-microbial features), and water visibility features. Also include certifications, source/treatment information, facility inspections, and appropriate transportation in compliant tanks. Responses should include capability statements showing ability to meet each task, any government experience, potential contract vehicles, items you can support, and pricing approach (unit, bulk, shipping) for a firm-fixed-price arrangement. Submissions are voluntary and limited to two pages.
