The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Virginia is seeking information on qualified and experiences sources for planning purposes in an effort to derive a contract vehicle that will provide contractor support for the Navy Public Affairs Support Element (NPASE), in providing asset tracking software that allows users to: check material in/out to individuals, add/delete items from inventory, and track inventory by its locations. Due to the high volume of transactions per day at each of NPASE’s locations, a system is needed to easily and uniformly document what material is at each location, who is using it and when each transition takes place. This would be a cloud based inventory and asset tracking software and associated equipment that is CAC enabled for check out of materials by individuals. The proposed contract vehicle will provide supplies and services in accordance with the attached DRAFT Statement of Work. Subject to FAR Clause 52.215-3, entitled "Solicitation for Information of Planning Purpose," this announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Notice for Information Only. This is not a solicitations announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. This sources sought notice is not to be construed in any way as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response. Please see the attached draft PWS to review required specifications, basic scope, and deliverables. Responses to this sources sought notice shall reference the sources sought number and shall include the following information in this format: 1.
