Wash Racks and Accumulation Tanks Cleaning BPA FA568225Q0015

This solicitation is being generated to address the need for Wash rack and Accumulation tank cleaning t at Aviano Air Base in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 11 July 25. The resulting award from this solicitation will be in the form of a Blanket Purchase Agreement with one (1) five (5) year ordering period. The CLIN structure of this solicitation will be used to generate the price list for the subsequent BPA. Offerors are expected to prepare their quotes in a manner consistent with Section L and Section M of the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) Document. Failure to do so will result in the quote being deemed technically non-responsive and will not be considered for award. A site visit is available upon request from an interested contractor. Amended 27 Aug 25: A site visit is scheduled for 05 September 25 at 1100 local time. We will be meeting at the LVIS gate then caravanning to the pertinent locations. Amended 15 Aug 25: The purpose of this amendment is to correct a clerical mistake made on CLIN 0003, the unit of Issue has been changed from Kilogram to Each. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
