VA Response: Per the SOW and a previous RFI: There will be sheetrock on three sides, making a footprint of 9 foot 3 inches by 9 foot 9 inches (this will need to be verified by the contractor). The set point will be 2 degrees Celsius. Question: 2 Condensing Unit: How far is the condensing unit from the walk-in cooler? VA Response: Per the SOW, the condensing unit is to be installed on top of the walk-in. THE DUE DATE FOR OFFERS REMAINS UNCHANGED AUGUST 27, 2025. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
