This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-05 dated 08/07/2025. iv. Description/Statement of Work/Specification: USDA-ARS Northeast Area Sustainable Biofuels and Co-Products Research has a requirement for a Walk-in plant growth chamber with 100 square feet of shelf space, controlled variable intensity lighting, humidity, and temperature for conducting agricultural plant growth studies. vii.
