The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is to establish a 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for GSA-certified Locksmith Services. The contractor shall provide all travel, personnel, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Container Inspection, Maintenance, Repair, and other Locksmith Services, as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement dated May 2025. Only ONE BPA will be awarded from this solicitation.

Amendment 1 The purpose of this amendment is to provide vendor questions and answers and to extend the due date to 16 July 2025.
