Amendment 0001 36C24426Q0114 Entrance Mats Rental and Cleaning at the Coatesville VAMC The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation close date, answer contractor questions, and to provide site visit information. 1. The close date for this solicitation notice is hereby extended to Monday March 9, 2026, at 1:00pm est. 2. Contractor questions and answers are listed on Attachment A. 3. Site visit information is included in Attachment B. All quote submission must include a signed copy of amendment P00001. No further questions will be answered in response to this notice.

Solicitation 36C24426Q0114 is hereby extended to Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 1:00pm est. Offerors are advised to review the solicitation evaluation factors outlined in RFQ 36C24426Q0114 on pages 28-29. Failure to follow these instructors may result in a non-responsive determination and removal from award considerations. Vendors shall include signed copies of the following: A signed copy of the 1149 document. A signed copies of Amendment 0001 and 0002. Past performance experience, if information on past performance is not available, the quoter shall include a statement. No further questions will be answered in response to this notice.
