(d) This Sources Sought is issued by VISN 2 Contracting Office in Buffalo, New York for the purpose of collecting information about a requirement where the Contractor shall provide, install and maintain; under lease agreement, a reverse osmosis water treatment system for the Sterile Processing Services (SPS) at the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System Manhattan Campus - 423 E. 23rd St., New York, NY 10010 and the Brooklyn Campus 800 Poly Place, Brooklyn, NY 11209. The VA is seeking to provide for this requirement as of July 1, 2026, to combine two (2) requirements to better coordinate maintenance and repair for the two (2) facilities. The NAICS code identified for this requirement is NAICS Code 221310 - and NAICS Size standard of $41.0 Million. The requirement is detailed in the Statement of Work section of this document. Interested parties MUST provide company/individual name, a capability statement, examples of same or similar work performed at other facilities, SAM UEID number and address, point of contact and social-economic. If contractor is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), or any other special category of contractors, then contractor is responsible for providing documentation in support of this. This information will be used to determine the viability of a set aside for this requirement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 2), Buffalo, New York intends to solicit quotes from contractors to provide, install and maintain under lease agreement a Critical Water Treatment System - Reverse Osmosis (RO) for the Sterile Processing Services (SPS) at the Margaret Cochran Corbin (Manhattan) VA Medical Center, 423 E. 23rd St, New York, NY 10010 and Brooklyn VA Medical Center, 800 Poly Place, Brooklyn, NY 11209 under a single-award firm-fixed price contract.
