NAICS: 513210 PSC: 7A21 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue a solicitation on a sole-source basis to Vitech Corporation (CAGE 0YGK4) for the procurement of the following: 54151-SVR-MNT-23-525: Annual Maintenance and Support - GENESYS Server 25 (includes 25 UCLs) 54151-PRO-MNT-23-400 Annual Maintenance and Support - GENESYS Pro Floating. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice.
