OTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Title: GlobalMed VH CAS Sustainment Notice Type: Notice of Intent to Sole Source Synopsis: Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.201(b), the Defense Health Agency (DHA) intends to award a firm-fixed-price bridge contract as a sole source (open market) small business set-aside no later than September 29, 2025, for a six-month period of performance to Excentrium, Inc., of Reston, VA, in support of the DHA Assistant Director - Support (AD-S) Component Acquisition Executive (CAE) Virtual Health Program Management Office, for Virtual Health (VH) Clinical Access Stations (CASs) Sustainment of VH capability requiring maintenance, repair, and hardware and software lifecycle management (LCM) support services located at Military Health System (MHS) Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS), utilizing a Performance Work Statement (PWS). This announcement is for information purposes only. There is no solicitation currently. This is not a request for proposal (RFP) or an invitation for bids (IFB). Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
