Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a request for quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed price contract to accomplish a troubleshoot and repair of a Blown Optical Fiber (BOF) Cable onboard a Virginia-class submarine in accordance with work specification HIRMC-501-26. The tentative Period of Performance for this requirement will commence on 15 November 2025 with a delivery date of 15 May 2026.
