The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Protective Services is seeking all qualified business manufacturer or distributors of small business manufacturers to all the following brand name or equal specifications: REQUIREMENT: Removal of existing exterior FPS owned VSS and the purchase and installation of a new standalone Avigilon (or equal) Network Video Management System (NVMS), using an Avigilon Network Video Server, Premium version, with minimum 192 TB storage, fixed/panoramic/PTZ IP cameras, client workstations, control center flat panel monitors, and all additional equipment and appurtenances necessary for a fully functional IP VSS located at the J. Caleb Boggs Courthouse Federal Building, 844 N. King Street, Wilmington, DE 19801- 3519. This shall include the purchase, installation, and programming of all related equipment and software to provide a 100% turnkey (functional) system.
