Electronic Courseware - Provide eLearning modules hosted on an online, digital platform, that include interactive learning, knowledge and confidence assessments, adaptability, and scenario-based patient cases. - Consist of eLearning modules that allow the student to work through scenario-based patient cases to apply didactic learning. - Consist of competency-based, intelligent adaptive learning driven by a user knowledge level, self-awareness, and self-confidence to assess and respond to the scenario-based patient case. - Allow for flexibility to complete online training every-two years (traditional) or in a low-dose high-frequency approach to maintenance of competency (MOC) that leverages perpetual learning. - Provide ability for student practice of hands-on skills on a mobile CPR testing station. - Provide objective feedback and validation of skill assessment on a mobile CPR testing station, resulting in an e-Card or eCredential certification via a self-directed learning experience without instructor support. - Support the delivery of Layperson, Basic, Advanced and Pediatric Advanced Life Support education and training. - Compatible with the existing Government environment (RQI 1Stop Platform) and existing Government equipment (Mobile CPR Testing Stations utilizing Laerdal QCPR® Adult and QCPR® Infant manikins). - Comply with the ILCOR’s most current guidelines for evidence-based resuscitation education and training. - Comply with the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) and Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) requirements as mandated by Federal laws and policies.
