The Contractor-provided fleet of vehicles shall be in new or in like new condition (driven less than 15,000 kilometers at delivery). They shall be model year 2025 or newer at the time of acceptance. A mid-sized sports utility vehicle (SUV) with 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive and seating capacity for five people inclusive of jump seats. The minimum acceptable engine displacement is 3.4 liters, and with a minimum 18 US gallon fuel tank. The contract duration for this requirement is anticipated to be for one base year and four (4), one (1) year option periods: 25 August 2025 24 August 2030. The offeror shall be able to deliver the vehicles within seven (7) business days of contract award. Site visits will not be organized or conducted by the Government under this solicitation.
