The purpose of this is to post of intent to sole source for modular barracks for the Valyermo Fires Station which is a 24-hour station that responds to emergency incidents and public safety operations within the National Forest. These modular barracks are for its mission critical employees that include a 25-person Hotshot crew, a five-person (5) engine module, a two (2) person water tender and one patrol person. These barracks are needed for employees and would allow employees to remain overnight at the station to respond to emergencies. NAICS CODE: 531120, Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Miniwarehouses) CONTRACT TYPE: The anticipated contract is a firm-fixed price (FFP), sole source to McGrath RentCorp. PERIOD OF PEFORMANCE: Base plus one option year.
