From Solicitation posted on Sep 15, 2025Questions and Answers Please confirm whether the IDIQ contract minimum of $5,000.00 and maximum of $7,750,000.00 apply to the full five-year contract term rather than on an annual basis? - This is a 5-year IDIQ with a minimum contract guarantee payment of $5,000.00. The maximum of $7,450,000.00 is the estimated ceiling of the contact over the 5 years. The $7,450,000.00 was raised to $7,750,000.00 in error and has been reduced in the next amendment. If the quote comes in under the ceiling, the ceiling is not guaranteed. If the quote is higher than the ceiling, the quoted price becomes the ceiling upon award. My understanding is that we can still submit a proposal even if our pricing exceeds the stated ceiling. In that case, our proposed pricing would establish the new ceiling, and exceeding the current $7,450,000.00 ceiling would not automatically disqualify us. - If your pricing exceeds the ceiling estimate, it does not automatically disqualify you. It will establish a new ceiling price. Could you also confirm whether the volumes provided in the price sheet reflect the estimated totals for the entire five-year contract term? If so, our understanding is that each contract year would represent approximately one-fifth of the volumes listed. - As stated on the Price Schedule, the quantities provided reflects the estimated 5-year quantity. Yes, one year would be 1/5th of the quantity stated.
