This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation, 36C24625Q0828, will be issued on or about 27 June 2025. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Durham VA Medical Center, Durham, NC has a requirement for Non-Emergency Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Life Support (ALS) Ambulance Services for the beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Period of performance will be 24/7/365 for a base period and ONE option years. The applicable NAICS Code is 621910 with a size standard of $20 million. Purpose: The Durham VA Medical Center (hereafter DURVAHCS, its associated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), and affiliated healthcare clinics require contracted non-emergency ambulance transportation services. The contractor shall provide all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, equipment, and necessary reporting for the provision of Stretcher Transports, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), Critical Care Transport (CCT) services. The contactor shall make these ambulance services available to the VA as needed, 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24/7), including weekends and holidays.
