Purpose and Objectives The Saginaw VA Medical Center located at 1500 Weiss Street, Saginaw, MI 48602; requires a contractor to provide Non-Emergent Medical Transportation (NEMT) services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
