- The National Institutes of Health (NIH), through the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK), has a requirement to obtain a replacement ultraviolet transilluminator and imaging system for use by the Liver Diseases Branch (LDB). The existing imaging system is no longer operational and cannot be repaired. This equipment is required to support ongoing laboratory research activities that study liver diseases and viral infections.
