Approved Acquisition Strategy The Government s approved acquisition strategy is as follows: The Government intends to solicit and award a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) IT SIN 541611, with a five-year ordering period (01 September 2026 31 August 2031). A secondary BPA will be established as a contingency to ensure continuity of operations, only to be utilized if neccessary. Task orders/ calls will NOT be competed. The requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis via GSA MAS IT SIN 541611.
