Respondents are asked to quote for a mission-critical gear package to support fugitive apprehension operations, with details provided in the attached RFQ. To be considered, proposals must comply with the Schedule of Supplies/Services in Section 1; non-responsive submissions will not be evaluated. Submit a two-volume proposal: Volume 1 should be on company letterhead and include the company name, logo, address, a point of contact, contact information, and a CAGE code; all offerors must be CAGE–registered and SAM-registered, with the government seeking additional discounts.

Volume 2 must be the signed SF-1449 with pricing, including the required clauses (USMS-0004, 52.204-24, 52.204-26).
