The USMMA is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to provide labor, parts, material, transportation, tools, equipment and supervision to provide Graduation Event Setup and Teardown for all scheduled activities. In addition, the contractor shall deliver: Approximately 2,100 folding plastic chairs, two (2) tents (50ftx80ft & 30ftx30ft), one (1) 10ftx10ft tent, forty (40) 8-foot tables, ten (10) 6-foot tables, twelve (12) 60-inch round tables with umbrellas, 40 feet deep by 56 feet 2-tier Stage, four (4) rectangular tables. In addition, to providing lighting, power & media items with two (2) elevated camera platforms. To include all other commencement support (i.e. audio/video, display and staging items) in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.
