(ii) Description of Requirement: The USDA Forest Service, Colville National Forest, requires the removal and disposal of an existing swim dock and the furnishing and installation of a new replacement at Sullivan Lake Campground. Technical Choice: Offerors must select and quote only ONE material option: Option 1 (Metal Frame) or Option 2 (HDPE Modular). Location: Sullivan Lake Campground, Metaline Falls, WA. Evaluation: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
